At First Impression we work to live, and

not the reverse. It's the fruit of Jerry's applied

philosophy, intentionally cultivated these

many years; and it goes all the way down

too, like roots nourishing the life and growth

of the business and everyone in its "family

tree". It's what I love most about working

here. What I do encourages me to be a better husband and father, to write my poetry,

to retreat to the Morton Arboretum, to spend a little time each day learning something

new; living my whole life while putting in a hard day of honest labor. It's a beautiful

thing!
