What is wrong with doing my own windows?

Nothing, it’s just that your staff’s time is more valuable doing what they do best such as helping customers, displaying merchandise, or attending to administrative duties. First Impression can usually clean your windows more efficiently, professionally, and inexpensively than doing it yourself.

Is regular window cleaning service expensive?

It is surprisingly inexpensive. And it returns a significant benefit: A store front that is always clean and visually attractive says that you care about every detail of your business. New customers will feel welcomed by your detailed attention as well.

How can you afford to clean a few windows for a few dollars?

Our service providers are in your area on a regular basis to serve neighboring businesses. Unlike other companies, we do not need to charge you extra for travel time to your business.

Do I have to pay when service is rendered?

Yes, we normally deliver service on a COD basis. That saves us and our customers the cost of the billing overhead. We provide a receipt at each payout for your records. However, if you need to be invoiced for your services, we have several billing options that may work for you.

How often should windows be cleaned?

That depends on your location, type of business, and the standard you set for your store's appearance. For example, upscale apparel stores, stores with large entry areas, and restaurants typically require weekly service. Small stores and offices in a strip mall or indoor mall normally have cleaning every other week. You choose the frequency and specifications of service that you need, and you may change your service plan as your needs change. Our most popular service plan is to wash the outside and doors every 2 weeks and the inside glass every 4 weeks. Keep in mind that 80% of the dirt typically collects on the outside glass and doors, so you may want to schedule more frequent cleanings of these areas.
